Download YouTube Videos on Android

The first thing we will do is go to the official TubeMate page from the browser of our phone and download the application.
By default, Android has disabled the option to install applications from unknown sources so we will have to activate it so that we can install TubeMate. Go to your Phone Settings Menu and enter the Advance Settings option.
Here, you’ll find security option within “Privacy & Security” menu. Now, you need to enter there and activate the Unknown sources option so that we can now install our application. Finally, allow security message by pressing Ok button.
Now look for the application you have downloaded and run it so that it is installed by double-clicking on it.
When you have installed it you will see that to open it shows you an important notice where you accept that you will not use content downloaded for profit and will only be private. Here, we will only show you how to download videos from your own YouTube channel. Agree these terms to continue.
You also need to accept other three conditions: Access photos, media, and files on your device, make and manage phone calls, and access this device’s location. Now, you’ve completed app configuration to start using TubeMate.
You will see that the interface of the application is very simple; you will only have to go to the magnifying glass to search your YouTube channel.
Now select the video you want to download to your Android phone.
Once in the video go to the top where the red download arrow appears and click on it to start downloading.
Now select the resolution in which you want to download the video and then click on Red Download button again.
If you look at the top notifications panel on your phone you will see that your video has started to download. It will notify you when the download is complete.
To change the location of the downloaded video, you must go to the download page within this app by clicking on the download icon located down corner of the screen.
Now, click on the three vertical dot’s besides video you want to move. You will see several options where you must click on Move option.
Now click on two horizontal dots to take it to the route of the phone you prefer. We recommend the default folder of your gallery so you can find it easily. You can also create new folder by pressing the highlighted Plus button.
